How it works
Send the application with your property details. No account is created at that moment: applications are reviewed before a property is published, because every listed property represents the whole marketplace.
Once approved you get access to manage rooms, prices and the calendar. The availability guests see comes straight from you — there is no cached copy going stale.
The guest books on Traloa and you host them. The confirmation reaches both sides.
What to have ready
Your exact property name and address, the room or unit types you rent, your prices, good photos, and your cancellation terms.
Photos decide the most. A property with clear shots of the room, the bathroom and the view sells noticeably better than the same property with two dark ones.
If you do not have everything yet, apply anyway — gaps are filled in before publication.

What Traloa is not

Your legal and tax obligations as a business remain yours. Traloa does not take them on and does not replace them.
Traloa is not exclusive. You can keep listing on other channels at the same time.
When the property outgrows a channel
If your front desk, restaurant POS, stock and fiscal invoicing are spread across spreadsheets and separate programs, that is a different problem from being listed — and it is solved by a management system, not by a sales channel.
