How do I get in touch about a booking?
If you already have a booking, open the link in your confirmation — it shows the property's own phone number and address, your dates and board, and anything still outstanding. For what the property itself decides, such as arrival time or a room request, contacting them directly is quicker than going through us.
About an existing booking
Your confirmation contains a direct link to your booking, and every stay you book is listed in your Traloa account. Keep the link — it is the quickest way back to a booking.
Changes to dates, early arrival or a specific room are decided by the property, so their front desk can answer faster than we can.
