Traloa's terms and conditions are being finalised and are not published yet. Until they are, nothing on this page forms an agreement.
What this will cover
The terms will set out what Traloa is responsible for and what the property you book is responsible for, how payment and any deposit work, how cancellations and refunds are handled, and how disputes are resolved.
Cancellation and refund conditions differ per property and per rate. The conditions shown on a room before you pay are the ones that apply to that booking.
